After too much masculinity at the start of the year we’ve decided to get in touch with our feminine side as we look at the 2019 film directed by Michael Canon Jones, ‘Our Ladies’. Based on a novel by Alan Warner, it tells the tale of a group of Catholic schoolgirls from Fort William who get the opportunity to go to Edinburgh for a choir competition. But the girls are more interested in drinking, partying and shagging than winning the competition.
In the news we meet a man who helped the police with their enquiries, discuss a delivery driver who had a novel way of letting people know their parcel had been delivered and meet a haunted doll. We also catch up on the history of Darius Danesh and his Scottish reboot of Desmonds.
